About the role
Field GTM / Enterprise Sales
Full-Time · Remote · United States
Preferred locations: New York, Atlanta, Chicago, or Los Angeles
$190,000–$240,000 base + equity
Heavy customer travel required
About the Role
We are hiring a senior Field GTM / Enterprise Sales professional to open and close seven-figure enterprise deals with grocery, QSR, and major retail organizations across the United States.
You will sell a technical AI-powered growth platform to senior executives, including CEOs, CTOs, and CMOs. The sales process is consultative and highly technical, focused on customer data, growth infrastructure, integration, analytics, and measurable business outcomes rather than a traditional product demonstration.
The ideal candidate brings deep retail industry knowledge, an active network of decision-makers, and a proven ability to independently source and close complex enterprise opportunities.
About the Company
The company is a profitable AI growth company building infrastructure for some of the largest retailers and consumer brands in the world.
Its platform cleans and structures customer data, applies a proprietary measurement system, and deploys AI agents that identify and act on growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
The company has raised $28 million in Series A funding, has surpassed $10 million in annual recurring revenue, is profitable, and is closing seven- to eight-figure enterprise contracts.
Why Join
Sell From Industry Experience
Your retail expertise is a core part of the sales motion. You will be able to speak credibly about the operational and commercial challenges facing major retailers rather than relying solely on traditional software-sales techniques.
Own the Market
This is a high-autonomy field GTM role where you will build relationships, create opportunities, develop pipeline, and close enterprise business. You will work closely with the founding and commercial teams while helping shape the company's growing US go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Turn your existing retail network into qualified enterprise pipeline from the outset
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across grocery, QSR, and major retail organizations
• Generate and lead high-value opportunities, including seven-figure enterprise contracts
• Run technical, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, growth, marketing, data, and engineering teams
• Lead customers from initial discovery through proof of concept and expansion into multi-year enterprise agreements
• Develop compelling business cases around customer data, growth infrastructure, loyalty, personalization, analytics, and AI
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
• Travel extensively across the United States for customer meetings and strategic engagements
• Bring customer and market feedback into product strategy, sales messaging, and the US go-to-market playbook
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of relevant enterprise sales, GTM, commercial, or operating experience
• Proven experience selling to or working inside named grocery, QSR, or major retail organizations
• An active network of retail decision-makers who can be engaged today
• Demonstrated experience personally sourcing and closing enterprise contracts
• Experience with six-figure deals, with seven-figure software or technology contracts strongly preferred
• Experience with land-and-expand enterprise sales
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, and other senior stakeholders
• Comfortable leading technical sales involving data, integration, engineering, and infrastructure
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes
• Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US
• Current authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Background
• Retail technology or enterprise software sales
• Grocery, QSR, food delivery, or large-scale consumer businesses
• Ecommerce, digital transformation, growth, loyalty, or personalization
• Customer data, analytics, AI, marketing technology, or enterprise infrastructure
• Retail strategy or commercial consulting
• A senior operating background in ecommerce, digital, growth, or loyalty combined with an interest in moving into enterprise sales
Compensation
Base Salary: $190,000–$240,000
Target OTE: Approximately 2x base compensation on a 50/50 base-variable structure, with a New York benchmark of approximately $480,000 OTE
Variable Compensation: Uncapped at 5% of closed revenue
Equity: Included
The compensation band varies by location, with New York at the upper end and lower-cost locations approximately 20% lower.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 90 days, you will be expected to establish a strong enterprise pipeline, generate meaningful customer meetings, and demonstrate a clear path toward revenue generation.
The role is designed for someone who can independently open doors, build executive relationships, navigate complex buying processes, and personally drive enterprise deals through to close.
Work Environment
This is a remote-first US role, with New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles preferred.
Heavy customer travel is an essential part of the position. The environment is fast-paced and highly hands-on, with significant individual ownership and direct exposure to senior leadership.
This is an individual contributor position rather than a people-management role.
