1. What I collect

Contact and enquiry details you submit: name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, location, the roles you want to explore and any message you write.

Consultation bookings: your name, email, chosen time slot and time zone, so a calendar invite and reminders can be sent.

Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely, such as your IP address in server logs.

2. Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry, confirm and remind you about consultations, assess referral interest against live mandates, and deliver any service you purchase.

I do not sell your data. Candidate details are only shared with a hiring organisation where you have registered interest in a relevant mandate or explicitly asked me to make an introduction.

3. Cookies and tracking

Strictly necessary cookies and local storage keep the site secure and make forms, bookings and your theme preference work. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies measure aggregate traffic. Marketing cookies support campaign attribution. Neither category loads until you allow it, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the controls on this page.

4. Third parties

Calendar invites and email confirmations are delivered through Google services. Booking, enquiry and referral records are stored in a managed cloud database.

Each provider processes your data only to deliver the function described above.

5. Retention and your rights

Enquiry, booking and referral records are kept while relevant to an active or prospective engagement, then deleted.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing brian@recruitmentroom.net. Consultation bookings can be cancelled yourself using the link in your confirmation email.
